Training
Training is essential in remaining up to date with the rapidly changing technology of today's security industry. Increasingly, customers are demanding that their qualified staff are in control of their system - in turn a demand from the police, insurers and inspectorates. Direct Security's training is aimed at the exact needs and requirements of the customer.
Maintenance
Because not every Company requires the same level of maintenance, Direct Security offer three levels of service - non-contract emergency call out, contract routine preventative and contract fully comprehensive.
After Sales Service
The Direct Security control room is manned 24 hours a day (365 days) to monitor all security systems and to take emergency calls. In the event of a break-in or other irregularity, our specialist service and maintenance engineers are on standby 24 hours a day.
